How do I request a pallet shipment?

In your MyParcel account, you can easily create a shipping label for a pallet shipment, just as you would for other shipments.

Go to 'Shipments' > 'New shipment' and select Pallet shipment. Then, fill in the pickup address and delivery address completely. The delivery address can be in the Netherlands or Belgium.

Next, enter the details of the pallet shipment and optionally choose a morning delivery under 'Shipping options'.

After filling in all the details, you can save and print the label just like with a regular shipment.

If the pallet shipment is destined for a country other than the Netherlands or Belgium, you can send an email to pallets@myparcel.nl to request the price and provide the shipment details. This does not apply to half pallets.
