How do I send a digital barcode to my customer for printerless returns?

Printerless returns is largely the same as today's method for returning any shipment. Your customer receives a link to your personal returns portal in the returns email. They click that link, enter their reasons for return and pay for the unique digital barcode (if you have configured this). A barcode will then appear in the returns portal, which is scanned at a PostNL location on your customer’s mobile phone. The PostNL employee then prints the label for your customer and processes the parcel as a return shipment.
