What’s the difference between the Collection Service and the Collection Service Plus from PostNL?
You can have up to 25 parcels collected through the Collection Service. The parcels may not be larger than 50x40x35cm or heavier than 23kg. With the Collection Service Plus, you can have more than 25 parcels collected. The dimensions of these parcels may not exceed 100x70x58cm. The maximum allowed weight of an individual parcel is 30kg. With the Collection Service Plus, the maximum volume is 6 roll containers or 12 mailbags.
