How can my customer use the return label?

Your customer will receive an email from you via the MyParcel system, containing a link to download the return label. Your customer can then print the return label and affix it to the package (ensure that the label from the outbound shipment is no longer readable). Afterward, your customer can drop off the return shipment at a drop-off location for return.

In the aforementioned email, there is also a link that allows your customer to see the nearest drop-off location to return the package.

It is also possible to return a PostNL package without a printer. Your customer can then have the shipping label printed at a PostNL location. More information about this can be found in the FAQ.

If the PostNL driver comes to your customer's door with a different package, it is also possible to hand over the return shipment with a valid return label to the PostNL driver. However, the label must be printed out for this to be done.
