How can I change my scheduled Collection Service?

You can change a scheduled Collection Service in your MyParcel account by going to ‘Shipments’ > ‘Collection Service’. You can make changes until 11.55am for deliveries on the same day.

Other conditions apply for the Collection Service Plus (more than 25 parcels). If you want order more roll containers or have more roll containers collected, changes to collection services on the same day can be made until 11am in the calendar of your Collection Service. You can make changes to the Collection Service Plus in your MyParcel account under ‘Collection Service’. Remember to factor in the time needed to implement changes made. It takes two weeks for PostNL to process regular Collection Service Plus requests.
Regular Collection Service Plus requests are open-ended and need to be cancelled at least one calendar month in advance.
