Why do I need to complete customs forms?
Customs forms are mandatory when sending parcels that pass through the customs authorities. Any parcels that cross the border of the European Union pass through customs. Free movement of goods and services applies within the European Union, which is why customs forms are not required for shipments with destinations within the European Union. For countries where customs forms are required, this is integrated into our system when creating the shipment.
