Not at neighbours
Sending a package with 'Not at neighbours' from DHL For You Today.
Add the shipping option 'Not to neighbours' to your shipment if you do not want the shipment to be delivered to the neighbours, if the recipient is not at home. If the package has not been received after a failed delivery attempt, the package will be offered again the next day. This can be useful if, for example, it concerns a package with food.

For ‘Not at neighbours’ you pay an additional price on top of the standard rate for a parcel shipment.

Set up ‘Not at neighbours’ from DHL For You Today.
- Create a new parcel shipment in the backoffice.
- Enter the address details of the recipient.
- Click on DHL For You Today at Carrier.
- Under Shipping options, choose Not at neighbours.
- Save the shipment, download and print the shipping label and stick it on the shipment.
- Hand in your shipment(s) to one of the selected DHL-locations.
